The room was lovely looking and beautifully maintained, with a TV and a microwave. Everything was clean. - the staff were the best. - the location is comfy and magnificent, very close to the airport.

We had a nice stay at this pet-friendly hotel. Fairly clean, great value property, its location was particularly good and really close to electrical outlet, which took about 15 minutes, and the restaurant had an odor like a sewer. The hotel staff was pleasant and really kind.

our door could not be opened with the code card, after the 3rd reprogramming attempt the employee came along and opened the door with a master key device. we should now take a motel employee with us to open the door every time we leave the room. stupid idea! we didn't leave because of this. no food. no alternate room. air conditioning couldn't be lowered below 76 f, too hot, with an outside temperature of 90. smoking room, although i have a non-smoking profile on file. otherwise super room, super location to the airport. anytime again!

The breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This place offers a great variety for breakfast and the staff here is extremely helpful and friendly.

For a low price, you can't demand much

Cleaning, it didn't look very clean to me, there were beard hairs all over the sink

Room was well-kept and had everything we needed, like fresh towels and a TV 🧺. The hotel is conveniently located near a great restaurant, the O'Hare airport, and shopping in downtown Chicago, making it easy to get around and find things to do.
